Riven mods for meta weapons are worth hundreds, thousands of plat, bacouse you need to go through 2 layers of RNG. First get riven mod for meta weapon from the pool of 1xx weapons. Second RNG - get the right rolls for your riven mod. So you won't "slap" it on boltor unless you are a) lucky as fuck b) you are sleeping on plat.

You can get a pretty decent +++ mod if you have high rolls, it's just that both the floor and ceiling of those rolls is lower than a +++- or a ++-.
